WHAT IS THE #HEALTHYISHAPPY CHALLENGE?
Challenge yourself to exercise consecutively for 30, 60, or 90 days as a commitment to your health and wellness. Pick the start day of your choosing and make the commitment to yourself to live Healthier + Happier. We’ll keep you motivated this year with content to help you achieve your goals, stay healthy, stay happy, and form a community of like minded friends. There will also be some awesome #HealthyIsHappy gear for those who complete the challenge.
You’ll have a 30, 60, or 90 day challenge window from January 1, 2021 – December 1, 2021 to set and reach your goal! (All days must be complete in a consecutive order. ex: 30 days to complete 30 day challenge from the day you start Jan. 1- Jan. 30).

Complete 30 Minutes of exercise everyday for 30 days.

Complete 30 Minutes of exercise everyday for 60 days + at least one 60 min workout per week.

How To Log Activities
Now you can log activities directly from your individual results page using the “Log Activities” button in the top section.
Once on the Log Activities page you can submit your New Activity. Simply enter the date (you can do past days, and multiple submissions on the same date or all at once, this is up to you!), your mileage, and if you would like your time and any comments you may want to look back on. Just remember to SUBMIT ACTIVITY! To edit previous activities, click on Manage Activities.
