HEALTHY HALLOWEEN
Are you looking for a little homemade touch to display for your upcoming Halloween gathering?
Check out this fun healthy Halloween board. The perfect board to whip up for a Halloween celebration at home, school or work.
With trick-or-treating coming up, kids (and parents too, lets be honest) are going to have more than enough candy. So we thought it would be fun to come up with a way to sneak in those healthy options while still having some Halloween fun!

SPOOKY STRING CHEESE
This is SO easy and SO cute. Just take a sharpie and draw three circles for two eyes and a mouth to transform your string cheese into a ghost.
MANDARIN PUMPKINS
Peel some mandarin oranges, and stick a piece of small celery into the top as a pumpkin stem. The perfect healthy pumpkin.
GHOST BANANA
Cut a banana in half and use a dab of nut butter to attach mini chocolate chip eyes.
EYEBALL PRETZELS
Take store-bought yogurt-covered pretzels and use a dab of honey to attach edible eye candy. Apply them in different ways to make them look extra silly.
MUMMY HOT DOGS
Purchase some crescent rolls and hot dogs from the grocery store. Unroll the crescent roll and using a knife, cut the rectangle into 1/2 inch strips. Beginning at one end of the hot dog, wrap the thin strip of dough around the hot dog, leaving small gaps between, and a slightly larger gap at the top for the eyes. Bake in the oven as directed for the crescent. Once cooked and cooled, attach edible candy eyes with a dab of ketchup.
SCARY VEGGIES
Another Veggie Trick!
Ants on a log Halloween edition. Fill your celery with nut butter or sunbutter (for allergies) and top with eye candy.
