- 1 cup Raisins packed
- 1 cup Cashews
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- pinch innamon
- 1/3 cup Shredded Coconut
Instructions
- Place raisins in a medium bowl and cover with hot water. Let soak for 5 minutes to soften then drain.
- Place the shredded coconut onto a plate and set it aside.
- Using a spoon or your hands, scoop out the dough and roll it into a ball with the palms of your hands.
- Chill the bites for 30 minutes before enjoying. Refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to a week.
