  • Blender


  • 1 Apple cored
  • 1 Raw Beet washed, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Berries frozen
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple cubed
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds ground


  • Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
