Raw Beet Smoothie
- 1 Apple cored
- 1 Raw Beet washed, peeled, chopped
- 1/2 cup Berries frozen
- 1/4 cup Pineapple cubed
- 1/2 cup Ice
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds ground
- Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
