We often associate being healthy with the foods we eat and how much we exercise, and while these are huge factors in our health- there is so much more to it than that.

Part of being #Healthy and #Happy is investing TIME into yourself for self care. Self-care makes us better friends, parents, children, siblings, co-workers, students, etc. Making time to take care of yourself is giving yourself to the gift of being better for those around you.
